目的:多层螺旋CT三维后处理技术在脊柱侧弯外科矫形术前的应用价值探讨。方法:选取18例脊柱侧弯的患者,数据采集后进行多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现(VRT)等多层螺旋CT后处理技术重建出能显示各个椎体解剖结构的横断面、冠状面、失状面的图像进行各种测量。结果:通过上述各种方法对18例患者进行数据测量,所测值均能较准确反映实际情况。结论:多层螺旋CT强大的三维后处理技术弥补了普通X线的不足,一次数据采集即可进行任意回顾性重建。既避免了患者多体位的反复投照,又减少了放射剂量,同时通过测量能准确提供脊柱侧弯患者脊柱、椎体、椎弓根、椎管等各种参数,为临床术前提供更多的准确信息。
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional post-processing technique of multi-slice spiral CT in the surgical correction of scoliosis. Methods: 18 patients with scoliosis were selected. After data acquisition, MPR and VRT were used to reconstruct the anatomical structures of each vertebra. The coronal plane , The image of the labyrinthine is subjected to various measurements. Results: Data of 18 patients were measured by the above methods, and the measured values can reflect the actual situation more accurately. Conclusion: The powerful three-dimensional post-processing technique of MSCT can make up for the shortage of common X-ray and can be retrospectively retrospectively with a single data acquisition. It not only avoids repeatedly taking patients’ multi-position but also reduces the radiation dose, meanwhile it can provide various parameters such as spine, vertebral body, pedicle, spinal canal and so on accurately by measuring, and provide more information for clinical preoperative Accurate information.
