一自中央提出在学校中加强劳動教育以来,各地学校羣众性的公益劳動有了很大的開展。其內容和形式約分以下幾种: 一、大規模的义务劳動:去年北京市大、中学生一万八干餘人参加苏联展覽舘的挖湖工程,完成全部土方工程一半以上,为國家節省了二千一百餘元的资金。長沙市学校去年下期以來,組織了三次大規模的义务劳動,修復了烈士公園被洪水冲塌的土方,並植樹四万多株。山西省五十六所中学学生和青年工人一道,修建了四百七十三个各种大小型的体育場,不僅为國家節省了大量資金,同時还擴大了同学活動的場地。去年防汛期間,武漢、南京等地有數万学生参加防汛工程。其中武漢学校有百分之八十以上的大学生、百分之九十以上的团員参加了防汛鬥爭,兩个月內上堤二十一万三千餘人次,僅在高等学校中就出現了功臣二百一十四人,先進集体十九个,並有二百五十多个学生入党,八百六十多个学生入团。 許多学校学生还参加了本校的建校工程,从事搬磚、挖土、修建籃球場、足球場等劳動。二、小型、分散的改善学校环境的公益劳勤:这
