“美国音乐之父”——斯蒂芬·福斯特,他是美国专业音乐史上的第一人,他创作的音乐既是美国流行音乐的先祖,也是美国本土音乐的树根。他短暂的一生共作有286个作品。他的创作领域包括歌曲、赞美诗、钢琴小品、器乐作品等体裁,其中歌曲是他留下的最大一笔财富。本文以福斯特歌曲中的其中23首种植园旋律为研究对象,如《老黑奴》(1860年)、《噢!苏珊娜》(1848年)、《故乡的亲人》(1851年)、《我的肯塔基故乡》(1853年)等。
“Father of American Music ” - Stephen Foster, who is the first person in the history of professional music in the United States. His music is both an ancestor of American popular music and a root of American native music. A total of 286 works in his short life. His areas of creation include genres such as songs, hymns, pianos and instrumental music, of which the song is the greatest fortune left by him. In this article, we focus on twenty-three of the plantation melodies in Forster’s songs, such as “Old Black Slaves” (1860), “Oh Susannah” (1848), “Relatives of Hometown” (1851) My Kentucky Hometown "(1853).
