近年来化学及药理的研究结果表明,人参花、果、茎叶含有与根相同的皂甙,其药理作用也相似,具有抗疲劳、抗缺氧等作用,对骨髓、睾丸等生长繁殖旺盛的细胞具有促进DNA、RNA、蛋白质合成的作用,对肝、肾组织细胞的RNA和蛋白质合成也有促进作用。迄今为止人参对心肌细胞缺氧的影响、对心肌细胞DNA合成的影响尚未见报道。本实验采用培养的心肌细胞、造成缺氧条件,来观察人参地上部分总皂甙的影响;同时观察对生长旺盛的乳鼠心肌细胞DNA合成的影响,用
In recent years, chemical and pharmacological research results have shown that ginseng flowers, fruits, stems and leaves contain the same saponins as the roots, their pharmacological effects are similar, and they have anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia effects, and have a strong growth and reproduction of bone marrow, testes and other cells. It has the functions of promoting the synthesis of DNA, RNA, and protein, and also promotes the synthesis of RNA and protein in liver and kidney cells. So far, the effect of ginseng on myocardial hypoxia and the effect on myocardial DNA synthesis have not been reported. In this experiment, cultured cardiomyocytes were used to create hypoxic conditions to observe the effects of total saponins from the aerial part of ginseng; meanwhile, the effect of DNA on the growth of cardiomyocytes was observed.
