作者研究了Cr23Ni18耐热不锈钢的固溶温度、保温时间和冷却速度对机械性能的影响,以及经不同热处理后试件中的残余应力。实验证明:固溶温度以1050℃为好;固溶保温时间达2小时后,机械性能基本不变;固溶后在水中淬火,可以明显提高其机械性能。通过450℃退火,可使固溶后水淬试件的残余应力得到适当的消除,但对机械性能没有影响。
The authors studied the effect of solution temperature, holding time and cooling rate on the mechanical properties of Cr23Ni18 stainless steel and the residual stresses in the specimens after different heat treatments. Experiments show that: the solution temperature is 1050 ℃ is good; solution heat preservation time of up to 2 hours, the mechanical properties of the same basic; solid solution after quenching in water, can significantly improve its mechanical properties. After annealing at 450 ℃, the residual stress of water-quenched specimens after solution treatment can be properly eliminated, but has no effect on the mechanical properties.
