将光线踪迹 /节点分析法拓展 ,用以计算具有基底、多层半透明非灰介质内的辐射与导热瞬态耦合换热 .分析了吸收 -散射性非灰复合涂层的瞬态传热特性 ;考察了不透明界面 (表面有积灰 )、半透明界面 (表面没有积灰 )的表面辐射特性以及复杂换热边界条件 .采用具有多个波段的谱带模型模拟高散射性氧化锆的辐射特性 ,与采用双热流结合格林函数法的计算结果比较表明 ,本文的计算结果可靠、精度高 ,为工程设计提供了参考依据 .
The ray tracing / node analysis method was extended to calculate the coupled heat transfer between radiation and thermal conductivity in a substrate, multi-layer translucent non-gray medium.The transient heat transfer characteristics of the absorption-scattering non-gray composite coatings The surface radiation characteristics of the opaque interface (with fouling on the surface) and translucent interface (no fouling on the surface) and the complex heat exchange boundary conditions were investigated. The radiation characteristics of high-scattering zirconia were simulated by using a band model with multiple bands Compared with the result of Green’s function method using dual heat flux, the results of this paper are reliable and high precision, which provides a reference for engineering design.
