白酒中微量铅的测定传统方法是采用双硫腙法,Varju等报道采用火焰AAS法测定含酒精饮料中的铅。前一种方法操作繁琐,后一种方法灵敏度较低,需采用溶剂萃取富集或原子捕集法。本文则是直接将白酒用0.5%HNO3稀释一倍,然后用石墨炉AAS标准曲线法测定之,采用热解涂层石墨管和最大能量升温,灵敏度为22pg/0.0044A。
The traditional method for the determination of trace lead in liquor is to use the dithizone method. Varju et al. Report the determination of lead in alcoholic beverages by flame AAS.
