目的:建立同时测定高挂草中atranol,茶渍酸,苔色酸乙酯,苔色酸甲酯含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以1%冰醋酸为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱;检测波长为280 nm;流速1.0 mL.min-1;柱温25℃。结果:Atranol,茶渍酸,苔色酸乙酯,苔色酸甲酯在测定范围内均表现出良好的线性;平均回收率分别为101.9%,96.3%,95.3%,102.9%,RSD分别为2.3%,1.9%,1.9%,1.9%。结论:本方法操作简单、快捷、重现性好、准确率高,可用于同时测定裕固族草药高挂草中atranol,茶渍酸,苔色酸乙酯,苔色酸甲酯的含量。
Objective: To establish a reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of atranol, tacrolimus, moss acid ethyl ester and moss acid methyl ester. METHODS: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase A was acetonitrile with 1% glacial acetic acid and the gradient elution was performed. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. Column temperature 25 ℃. Results: Atranol, tea acid stain, ethyl mossochromic acid and methyl moss acid color showed good linearity in the measurement range. The average recoveries were 101.9%, 96.3%, 95.3% and 102.9%, respectively. The RSD were 2.3%, 1.9%, 1.9%, 1.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and accurate. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of atranol, tacrolimus acid, moss acid ethyl ester and moss acid methyl ester in Yugur herbs.
