目的:研究肺癌肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:利用双荧光标记的肺癌肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统对15份乳腺癌患者和15份正常对照人群血清样品进行检测,然后从系统中寻找可用于乳腺癌检测的肺癌肿瘤标志物,并根据ROC曲线评估其诊断价值。结果:在肺癌肿瘤标志物检测系统中,除了3E7噬菌体蛋白(P=0.0526,AUC=0.712),没有发现更多与乳腺癌相关的肿瘤标志物。结论:绝大多数的肺癌肿瘤标志物都不适宜作为乳腺癌的检测指标,但是3E7有可能是特异性标志物,对于诊断有一定的诊断价值,有待进一步研究。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of the detection system of lung cancer tumor marker protein chip on breast cancer. Methods: Serum samples of 15 breast cancer patients and 15 normal control subjects were detected by double fluorescently labeled lung cancer tumor marker protein chip diagnostic system. Then, the lung cancer tumor markers that could be used for breast cancer detection were searched from the system. ROC curve assessment of its diagnostic value. RESULTS: In the lung cancer tumor marker assay system, no more tumor markers associated with breast cancer were found except for the 3E7 phage protein (P = 0.0526, AUC = 0.712). Conclusion: Most of the lung cancer tumor markers are not suitable as a detection index for breast cancer, but 3E7 may be a specific marker for the diagnosis of a certain diagnostic value to be further studied.
