利用盆栽实验 ,研究了稀土元素对酸雨胁迫小麦抗氧化酶的生物学效应 .结果表明 ,酸雨和稀土元素均能不同程度地影响小麦抗氧化酶活性 .酸雨胁迫使小麦抗氧化酶 (CAT ,SOD)活性随其 pH值减小而呈单峰曲线 ,施用稀土元素后 ,抗氧化酶活性变化相对稳定 ,变化曲线峰值向酸度加大的方向后移 .在酸雨酸度不大的条件下 ,稀土元素明显减弱了小麦抗氧化酶对酸雨胁迫的敏感性 ,增强了小麦抗酸雨的能力 .
The pot experiment was carried out to study the biological effects of rare earth elements on the antioxidant enzymes of wheat under acid rain stress.The results showed that both acid rain and rare earth elements could affect the antioxidant enzyme activities of wheat to varying degrees.Antioxidants such as CAT and SOD ) Activity decreased with the decrease of pH value, showing a single peak curve. After the application of rare earth elements, the change of antioxidant enzyme activity was relatively stable, and the peak value of the change curve shifted backward in the direction of increasing acidity.Under acid rain acidity, rare earth element Significantly reduced the susceptibility of wheat antioxidant enzymes to acid rain stress and enhanced the ability of wheat to resist acid rain.
