目的 :探讨人参及生脉散补益作用的机理。方法 :通过动物体外和体内实验 ,观察实验动物过氧化脂质 (LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的变化。结果 :人参及生脉散可显著抑制大鼠及小鼠肝组织中LPO的生成 (P <0 0 1) ,还可明显增强小鼠肝组织中SOD的活性 (P <0 0 1) ,结论 :表明生脉散具有较好的抗衰老作用 ,为扩大生脉散的临床应用范围提供了理论依据。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of ginseng and Shengmai San tonic effect. Methods: The changes of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in experimental animals were observed through in vitro and in vivo experiments. RESULTS: Ginseng and Shengmaisan significantly inhibited the production of LPO in liver tissue of rats and mice (P < 0.01), and also significantly enhanced the activity of SOD in liver tissue of mice (P <0 01). : It shows that Shengmaisan has a good anti-aging effect, which provides a theoretical basis for expanding the clinical application of Shengmaisan.
