电磁离合式自动排绳器是突破传统纯机械式排绳器的设计思路和结构,采用电磁离合器控制排绳方向、齿轮传动控制转速的新型机电一体化的排绳装置,其工作原理是通过卷扬机上的传动齿轮带动丝杠旋转使排绳滑轮在光杠上轴向移动,依靠排绳滑轮触发卷扬两端的限位开关,使电磁离合器实现方向翻转,排绳滑轮在有效排绳范围内来回移动,实现排绳功能。该排绳器的结构采用Pro/E设计,结构衍生性强,其选择的控制、传动部件具有系列化、通用化的特点,可以根据卷扬结构方便调节排绳宽度,电器控制系统简单、维护方便,从根本上解决了当前机械式排绳器存在的零件磨损、寿命短、精度低及可靠性差等问题,通过实际应用,排绳效果较好,作为排绳器的一个新型设计,值得推广使用。
