本文从慢行分区、慢行交通网络和慢行交通设施等几方面着手讨论慢行交通规划的主要内容和方法,并以慢行交通规划在常州南部新城(武进城区)的实践为例,对慢行分区划分与不同功能慢行交通网络的构建进行研究,描述了PSPL调查的方法与意义,以花园街改善为例,说明提升慢行空间品质的街道设计主要内容。最后,以公共自行车租赁点与交通稳静化措施为例说明慢行交通设施规划的重点与要求。 This article discusses the main contents and methods of slow traffic planning from the aspects of slow traffic zone, slow traffic network and slow traffic facilities. Taking the practice of slow traffic planning in the new town of southern Changzhou (Wujin City) as an example, Slow lane division and construction of slow traffic network with different functions. The method and significance of PSPL survey are described. Taking the improvement of Huayuan Street as an example, the main contents of street design to enhance the quality of slow lane are illustrated. Finally, taking public bicycle rental points and traffic stabilization measures as an example to illustrate the key points and requirements of the planning of slow traffic facilities.
