“证据交换”在诉讼法中起着重大作用。近年来,我国也将证据交换制度写入法规,但还很不完善。有鉴于此,本文从证据交换定义及作用入手,分别对我国证据交换存在的问题及解决方法作了简要论述,以求为立法及实践提供参考。 “Evidence exchange” plays a significant role in the law of procedure. In recent years, our country has also incorporated the evidence exchange system into laws and regulations, but it is still not perfect. In view of this, starting with the definition and the role of exchange of evidence, this paper briefly discusses the existing problems and solutions of the exchange of evidence in our country in order to provide reference for the legislation and practice.
