由詹宁斯和瓦茨修订的《奥本海国际法》第一卷第九版于1992年由英国朗曼公司出版。在时隔近40年之后,这部西方国际法的经典著作又出新版,无疑是国际法学界的一件大事。而这一事实本身,也再一次证实了《奥本海国际法》在国际法著作中的权威地位。由于北京大学国际法研究所王铁崖教授等人的辛勤工作与努力,该书第一卷第一分册的中译本得以与中国从事国际法教学、研究和实际工作的广大读者见面。通过对《奥本海国际法》第一卷第一分册第九版(中译本)(以下简称第九版)与《奥本海国际法》上卷第一分册第八版(中译本)(以下简称第八版)的比较,不仅可以看出不同修订者在学术观点、写作风格等方面的异同,更可了解国际法近半个世纪以来的发展变化。 The ninth edition of the first volume of the International Law of Oblast Sea, as amended by Jennings and Watts, was published by the British company Longman in 1992. Nearly 40 years later, this new edition of the classic Western international law is undoubtedly a major event in the international jurisprudence community. This fact, however, once again confirms the authoritative position of “Auburn Sea International Law” in the writings of international law. Due to the hard work and hard work of Professor Wang Tieya at the Institute of International Law of Peking University, the Chinese translation of the first volume of the first volume of the book has been able to meet with the vast readership of Chinese teaching, research and practical work in international law.
