分析了磁阻发射器系统组成和工作原理;基于有限元软件,构建了磁阻发射器的仿真模型。对比分析了断路法和限流电阻法对削弱电磁制动力、提高弹丸出口速度的效果;通过仿真和试验研究了不同限流电阻对弹丸速度的影响。研究结果表明:断路法和限流电阻法均可削弱弹丸受到的电磁制动力,从而提高弹丸出口速度,但前者会产生很大的反向电动势,对驱动线圈绝缘强度产生影响;此外,限流电阻不是越大越好,当其达到临界值时,继续增大电阻,弹丸速度不再变化。
The composition and working principle of magnetoresistive transmitter system are analyzed. Based on the finite element software, the simulation model of magnetoresistive transmitter is constructed. The effects of breaking method and current limiting resistance method on weakening electromagnetic brake force and improving exit speed of projectile were compared and analyzed. The influence of different current-limiting resistance on projectile speed was studied by simulation and experiment. The results show that both the circuit breaking method and the current limiting resistance method can weaken the electromagnetic braking force of the projectile and improve the exit velocity of the projectile. However, the former has a great back electromotive force and affects the insulation strength of the driving coil. In addition, the current limiting Resistance is not the bigger the better, when it reaches the critical value, continue to increase the resistance, projectile speed no longer changes.
