中央宣传部、全国总工会、中国职工思想政治工作研究会于1992年11月中旬在北京联合举办了全国企业思想政治工作研讨班。来自全国大中型企业和省市部门的100多位党、政、工领导干部参加了研讨。大家在学习领会党的十四大精神的基础上,总结交流已有经验,着重研究在发展社会主义市场经济条件下加强和改进企业思想政治工作的思路。现将主要观点综述如下: 一、从适应出发,以改进求加强通过研讨,大家形成这样一个共识:要做好市场经济条件下的企业思想政治工作,在总体上要确立
The Central Propaganda Department, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the China Workers’ Ideological and Political Work Seminar jointly held a seminar on ideological and political work in enterprises in Beijing in mid-November 1992. Over 100 party, government and labor leading cadres from large and medium-sized enterprises, provincial and municipal departments and departments attended the seminar.
