目的:测定瘟清颗粒剂中黄芩苷含量,建立瘟清颗粒剂的质量控制标准。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法,以36%醋酸作展开剂,检测波长S=280nm;参比波长R=250nm。结果:黄芩苷点样量(X)在0.75~2.60μg范围内与峰面积积分值(Y)呈良好的线性关系,r=0.998 5,平均回收率为99.05%,RSD=0.95%(n=5)。结论:该方法准确、简便,可用于瘟清颗粒剂中黄芩苷含量的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of baicalin in Shengqing Granule and establish the quality control standard of it. Methods: Using double-wavelength thin-layer scanning method with 36% acetic acid as developing solvent, detection wavelength S = 280nm; reference wavelength R = 250nm. Results: The concentration of baicalin (X) showed a good linear relationship with the integral value of peak area (Y) in the range of 0.75-2.60 μg (r = 0.998 5) with an average recovery of 99.05% and a RSD of 0.95% (n = 5).
