目的探究脑梗死与高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。方法 85例脑梗死患者作为观察组,同期健康体检人员80例作为对照组。检测两组Hcy水平,分析高Hcy与脑梗死的关系。结果观察组Hcy为(18.04±3.54)μmol/L,对照组Hcy为(10.12±2.64)μmol/L,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高Hcy与颈动脉硬化具有独立相关性[OR=1.104,95%CT=(1.00,1.21),P<0.01]。结论高Hcy是动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素,与脑梗死关系密切,其水平升高,发生脑梗死的几率也就越高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between cerebral infarction and homocysteine (Hcy). Methods Eighty-five patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group and 80 healthy people during the same period as the control group. The levels of Hcy in both groups were detected and the relationship between high Hcy and cerebral infarction was analyzed. Results The Hcy in the observation group was (18.04 ± 3.54) μmol / L and that in the control group was (10.12 ± 2.64) μmol / L, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). High Hcy was independently associated with carotid atherosclerosis [OR = 1.104, 95% CT = (1.00, 1.21), P <0.01]. Conclusion High Hcy is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis, which is closely related to cerebral infarction. The high level of Hcy increases the risk of cerebral infarction.
