“营配分离”改革路径并非宜阳供电公司所独创,但是“宜阳模式”的“营配分离”却独具特色一项事关公司全局,乃至有可能牵动农电管理走向的改革事业,注定不会是一蹴而就。宜阳供电公司实施“营配分离”改革以来,在实践中不断修正与完善,并先后出台了6项配套举措,从而使农电专业化管理在县供电企业真正落地。可以说,如果不涵盖如下6项配套措施,就不能称之为“宜阳模式”的“营配分离”。
