目的寻找更为简便、有效的杀灭蔬菜和水中广州管圆线虫第Ⅲ期幼虫的方法,防止因生食蔬菜或凉拌菜而感染广州管圆线虫病,另外也为寻找新的治疗广州管圆线虫病药物进行前期研究。方法将广州管园线虫第三期幼虫置于各种不同浓度的化学试剂溶液中,镜下观察虫体的活动能力和形态的改变。结果用于消毒餐具1∶80稀释后有效氯终浓度为5.9%的次氯酸钠消毒液1.5 h可使幼虫完全停止活动;用于饮用水消毒的有效氯终浓度为0.35‰的消毒片使虫体运动加快,4 h后仍非常活跃;10%酱油处理10 min即可使幼虫活动明显减弱,30 min虫体完全死亡,虫体卷曲,出现空泡,而且酱油加热后杀虫效果有所增加。结论次氯酸钠消毒液1∶80稀释后用于浸泡餐具、蔬菜或喷洒地面,可用于预防广州管圆线虫病;在食用螺类或凉拌菜时加入酱油可起到预防广州管圆线虫病的作用;酱油加热后杀虫效果并不丧失,表明具有杀虫作用的是一种非蛋白质的化学物质,该物质具有成为新的治疗广州管圆线虫病药物的可能。
Aim To find a more convenient and effective method to kill Stage Ⅲ larvae of Agrobacterium tumefaciens in water and vegetables, to prevent the infection of Gallstone nematode due to raw vegetables or cold dishes, Sick drug for pre-study. Methods The 3rd instar larvae of Guan Yuan nematodes in Guangzhou were placed in different concentrations of chemical reagent solution. The activity and morphological changes of parasites were observed microscopically. Results After disinfecting tableware for 1:80, the effective chlorine concentration of 5.9% sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for 1.5 h could stop the larva completely. The effective concentration of chlorine for disinfection of drinking water was 0.35 ‰, After 10 min of 10% soy sauce treatment, larvae activities were significantly weakened, 30 min worms died completely, parasites were curled, vacuoles appeared, and the insecticidal effect of soy sauce increased after heating. Conclusion Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant diluted 1:80 for soaking tableware, vegetables or sprayed on the ground can be used for the prevention of angiostrongyliasis of Guangzhou; addition of soy sauce when eating snails or cold dishes can play an important role in preventing angiostrongyliasis; Insecticidal effect of soy sauce is not lost after heating, indicating that insecticidal effect is a non-protein chemical substances, the substance has become a new treatment of gonotragae disease medicine possible.
