测定破布叶枝、叶中总异黄酮的含量。以染料木素为对照品,产生反应,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在266nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。染料木素对照品在0.20~1.60g/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为C=0.0039A,r=0.9999。破布叶枝和叶中的总异黄酮含量分别为0.07%和0.23%。本法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可用作破布叶中总异黄酮的含量测定。
Determination of ramie leaf, total isoflavone content in leaves. With genistein as a reference substance, a reaction occurred, and the absorbance of the sample was measured at a wavelength of 266 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The calibration curve of genistein showed a good linearity in the range of 0.20-1.60 g / mL. The regression equation was C = 0.0039A, r = 0.9999. The total isoflavone content in the leaves and leaves of ragweed was 0.07% and 0.23%, respectively. This method is simple, reliable, reproducible, and can be used as the determination of total isoflavones in rag-leaf.
