从光电导时间关系、瞬态光电导能谱和光诱导放电曲线 (PIDC)等方面研究C6 0 甲苯衍生物对酞菁铜(CuPc) C6 0 薄膜光电性能的影响 ,并对其机理进行了探讨。C6 0 甲苯衍生物对C6 0 甲苯衍生物 CuPc C6 0 多层膜的光电性能具有明显的增强效应。
The effects of C6 0 toluene derivatives on the electro-optical properties of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) C6 0 films were investigated from the photoconductive time, the transient photoconductive spectra and the photoinduced discharge curve (PIDC). The mechanism was also discussed. C6 0 toluene derivatives of C6 0 toluene derivatives CuPc C6 0 multilayer optical properties have a significant enhancement effect.
