丙烯酰胺亚慢性中毒对大白鼠运动神经传导速度的影响,国内尚未见报道,国外虽有过研究,但其评价运动神经传导速度是以坐骨神经为代表。而本实验除坐骨神经外,还结合尾神经传导速度的改变进行综合分析。 方法与材料 (一)实验动物:将Wistar大白鼠体重190~240g9,随机分4组,每组20只,雄雌各半,分笼饲养。 (二)染毒方式:将纯度为99.9%的丙烯酰胺配制成浓度为147.20、110.85及75.50ppm三份水溶液喂饮三个月,对照组饮自来水。 (三)测量仪器:天津劳动卫生研究所
