醋酸洗必泰-盐酸特比萘芬/蒙脱土药物控、缓释纳米中间体的研究

通过插层技术合成了醋酸洗必泰-盐酸特比萘芬/蒙脱土(CA-TBNF/MMT)药物控、缓释纳米中间体,利用XRD对其结构进行了表征,结果表明CA-TBNF已进入MMT层间,MMT层间距从1.53nm增大到4.01nm。CA-TBNF/MMT在生理盐水中的体外缓释实验表明,吸附在MMT层板表面与插层到MMT层间的CA-TBNF,分别以一定的作用力方式与MMT作用,前24h的CA、TBNF快速释放,保证药效的及时性;而24h后释放缓慢,满足药物抗菌的持久性。由于CA、TBNF与MMT的静电作用,CA、TB-NF之间的协同作用以及MMT片层的阻隔效应,最终实现了药物的可控缓释。 The intercalation technology was used to synthesize the chlorhexidine acetate-terbinafine hydrochloride / montmorillonite (CA-TBNF / MMT) drug controlled release nanocomposites. The structure was characterized by XRD. The results showed that CA-TBNF Has entered the MMT layer, MMT layer spacing increased from 1.53nm to 4.01nm. In vitro experiments of CA-TBNF / MMT in saline showed that the CA-TBNF adsorbed on the surface of MMT and intercalated to MMT interacted with MMT at a certain force, while CA, TBNF rapid release, to ensure timeliness of efficacy; and slow release after 24h, to meet the durability of drug antimicrobial. Due to the electrostatic interaction between CA, TBNF and MMT, the synergistic effect between CA and TB-NF, and the barrier effect of MMT sheet, controlled release of the drug was finally achieved.
