1999年12月美国超导公司制造出用于机载超导扫雷系统HTS扫雷磁体。该磁体由缠绕在G-10轴直径为457mm的单层HTS线圈和将该线圈安装在直径560mm、长度1.5m 的不锈钢真空容器所组成。它采用两级低温制冷器传导冷却,它的磁极距为15kAm1。在绝对温度35K左右时能使磁体电流逐步提高到400A。在没有电压波动下磁体电流能在400A下保持6 h。磁体也在50%交流调制(200A到400A)梯形电流波下成功地进行了试验。
December 1999 AMSC manufactures HTS mine-sweeping magnets for airborne superconducting mine sweeping systems. The magnet consisted of a single layer HTS coil wound on a G-10 shaft with a diameter of 457 mm and a stainless steel vacuum vessel with a diameter of 560 mm and a length of 1.5 m. It uses two low-temperature chiller conduction cooling, its pole pitch is 15kAm1. In the absolute temperature of about 35K when the magnet current can be gradually increased to 400A. The magnet current can be kept at 400A for 6 h without voltage fluctuation. The magnets were also successfully tested under 50% AC modulation (200A to 400A) trapezoidal current wave.
