各国标准贯入试验设备锤垫质量存在差别,试验杆直径也略有不同。为了消除这种差异的影响,建立各种标贯设备试验结果的相互转换关系,为岩土设计提供可靠的标贯参数,采用国标和英标标贯设备,选取二种直径的试验杆,进行了锤击能量校正试验。测量各种质量的锤垫配置在不同直径试验杆下的实际锤击能量,计算实际锤击能量与理论锤击能量的能量比,分析不同直径试验杆下能量比随深度的变化特征。结果显示,采用直径42mm和50mm两种直径的试验杆,随着深度与钻杆直径的变化,锤击能量比的差异总体上不大。
Standard penetration test equipment hammer quality differences exist, the test rod diameter is also slightly different. In order to eliminate the influence of this kind of difference, establish the mutual conversion relations of test results of various standard equipment, and provide reliable standard parameters for geotechnical design. By using GB and British standard equipment, two kinds of test rods of different diameters were selected Hammer energy calibration test. The actual hammering energies of the hammer pads with different diameters were measured. The energy ratio of the actual hammering energy to the theoretical hammering energy was calculated, and the variation of the energy ratio with depth under different diameters was analyzed. The results show that, with the diameter of 42mm and 50mm diameter of the test rod, with the depth and diameter of the drill pipe, the hammer energy ratio of the overall difference is not large.
