随着压力机的发展,科学试验已成为发展品种、提高质量的基础科研手段。压力机动载连续行程自驱能液压负荷试验器就是用数据来阐明设计正确程度的一种装置。本文主要叙述以下几个方面的内容:国内外压力机负荷试验简况;压力机常规试验;压力机设计信息迅速反馈和用于科研性试验;结合原理图叙述结构、原理和使用调正;按有关定律导出液体在压力下的溢射速度 V 和它相平衡的溢流口径 d_1;简述动载连续与动载单次试验器的对比。
With the development of presses, scientific experiments have become the basis of scientific research to develop varieties and improve quality. Presses with continuous-stroke self-propelled hydraulic load testers are a device that uses data to illustrate the correctness of the design.
