目的了解咸阳市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法用半数致死量法测定三带喙库蚊幼虫对8种杀虫剂的LC50,并与省内其他地区及实验室品系进行比较。结果 DDT、敌敌畏、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威对咸阳市三带喙库蚊的LC50分别为0.227、51.682、0.056、0.033、0.0150、.004、19.550、18.906 mg/L。与近期测试最低值地区相比,抗性倍数为1.16~11.73,敌敌畏、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威对咸阳市三带喙库蚊的LC50均为最高水平。结论咸阳市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂均产生抗药性,该地区三带喙库蚊防治应采取综合治理措施,以孳生地治理为主,化学治理宜采用复配杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to common insecticides in Xianyang City. Methods The LC50 of eight species of Culex tritaeniorvosa larvae against eight insecticides was determined by the method of median lethal dose (LC-MS / MS), and compared with other regions in the province and laboratory strains. Results The LC50 of DDT, dichlorvos, permethrin, cypermethrin, beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, diphtheria and carbamazepine were 0.227, 51.682, 0.056, 0.033, 0.0150, 19.550, 18.906 mg / L. Compared with the lowest tested area recently, the resistance multiple was 1.16 ~ 11.73. The LC50 values of dichlorvos, permethrin, cypermethrin, parathion and propoxurone were the highest in Xianyang. Conclusion All the three Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Xianyang City are resistant to commonly used insecticides. Comprehensive control measures should be taken to prevent and control Culex tritaeniorhynchus in this region, dominated by breeding habitats and compound pesticides should be used in chemical treatment.
