采用复材对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维布对不同箍筋锈蚀程度混凝土方柱进行外包加固。通过水平低周往复加载的方式,研究了PET纤维布外包损伤钢筋混凝土柱的约束机理,并通过试验结果分析了箍筋锈蚀对柱进行PET纤维布抗剪加固的影响。试验结果表明:随着箍筋锈蚀率的增大,柱的抗剪承载力下降;损伤钢筋混凝土柱在经过PET纤维布加固后,试验柱的极限承载力得到了明显提高,但PET纤维布的利用率随着箍筋锈蚀率的增大而降低。根据试验结果分析,提出考虑箍筋锈蚀率的PET纤维布抗剪折减系数k_(pf)和PET纤维布加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土柱受剪承载力计算模型,计算值与试验值吻合较好。
Reinforced concrete square columns with different stirrups corroded degree were reinforced by the composite PET (Terephthalate) fiber cloth. The restraint mechanism of the damage of reinforced concrete columns with PET fiber cloth was studied by horizontal reciprocating loading. The influence of stirrups corrosion on the shear reinforcement of PET fiber fabrics was analyzed. The experimental results show that with the increase of the corrosion rate of the stirrup, the shear strength of the column decreases. The ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete column strengthened with PET fiber cloth has been significantly improved, but the PET fiber cloth Utilization rate decreases with increasing hoop corrosion rate. According to the analysis of the test results, the shear modulus k (pf) of PET fiber cloth considering the corrosion rate of stirrups and the shear capacity of reinforced RC columns strengthened with PET fiber cloth are calculated. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.
