目的探讨急性脑梗死同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平变化及与神经功能损害程度的相关性。方法选择急性脑梗死患者50例为脑梗死组,另选择健康体检者50例为对照组。检测两组研究对象Hcy水平,对脑梗死患者采用国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分的方法评价患者神经功能损害程度,分析患者血清Hcy水平与NIHSS之间的相关性。结果脑梗死组急性期Hcy（18.1±4.6）μmol/l,恢复期（11.3±2.5）μmol/l,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组Hcy（7.9±1.4）μ
