我矿学习外地先进经验,在生产和扩建工程中,先后制造和安装了5台φ650毫米水射流泵,并于1984年7月交付使用。经过半年的运转,表明用射流泵取代水环式真空泵在技术上是可行的,能够满足铅、锌、硫精矿脱水工艺的要求。经济上是可取的,可以节约电能,减少设备维护费用。水射流泵是以水作工质,借助高速水流从喷嘴喷出所产生的负压抽气。它的配套设备为6BA-8离心式水泵,装机容量30千瓦。试验表明,水射流泵的极限真空度达到700—710毫米汞柱,而水环式真空泵的极限真空度只有650—680毫米汞柱。水射流泵抽气量较小,工作真空度在400—500毫米汞柱时,其抽气量为SZ-4水环式真空泵的70—80%,工作真空度越高,其抽气量越接近。使用结果表
