目的对海洋来源真菌Penicilliumspp.701在不同培养时间下产生的挥发性成分进行对比研究。方法用人工海水GYT培养基分别发酵6,10,14,18,22,26,30 d,抽滤后得到的培养液经乙酸乙酯萃取制备萃取物浸膏,用GC-MS对其挥发性成分进行检测,结合计算机检索技术对分离化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果萃取物中挥发性成分较复杂,主要有芳香族、长链烷烃、生物碱类、香豆素和酯类等化合物。培养不同的时间,其产生的挥发性成分各异。结论海洋真菌在不同的培养时间下挥发性成分组成和含量不尽相同,为其综合利用和特定化合物的分离提供参考数据。
OBJECTIVE To compare the volatile components of Penicilliumspp.701, a marine fungi, cultured at different culture times. Methods Artificial seawater GYT medium were fermented for 6, 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30 d respectively. After the extraction, the extract was extracted by ethyl acetate and the extract was extracted by GC-MS. Components were detected, combined with computer search technology for structural identification of isolated compounds, the application of peak area normalization method to calculate the relative percentage of each component. Results The volatile components in the extract are complex, mainly aromatic, long-chain alkanes, alkaloids, coumarins and esters and other compounds. At different times of cultivation, they produce different volatile components. Conclusion The composition and content of volatile components of marine fungi under different incubation time are different, providing reference data for the comprehensive utilization and separation of specific compounds.
