本文论述的重点是用于汽车空调的往复式压缩机的吸气阀形状对减振的影响。首先,将阀孔的尺寸和阀顶端的宽度调整,得到了7种新型阀的模型,来降低阀的振动,从中发现新型阀中有1种对于减振最有效。其次,通过改变阀的材质和厚度,采用一种新型阀来检验固有频率对于减振的影响。最后,通过阀周围的流动分析结果来讨论新型阀减振的原因。新型阀的减振效果需通过测定用于汽车空调的往复式压缩机中阀的位移来证实。
This article discusses the focus is on the impact of the suction valve shape of the reciprocating compressor used for automotive air conditioning on damping. First, the size of the valve hole and the width of the valve tip to adjust, get seven new valve model, to reduce the valve vibration, found that one of the new valve is most effective for damping. Second, by changing the material and thickness of the valve, a new type of valve was used to check the effect of natural frequency on vibration reduction. Finally, the reasons for the new type of valve damping are discussed using flow analysis around the valve. The damping effect of the new valve needs to be verified by measuring the displacement of the valve in the reciprocating compressor used in the car’s air conditioner.
