目的通过对种子生活力等指标的测定,为完善小茴香种子检验标准操作规程提供实验依据。方法采用2,3,5-氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)染色法测定种子的活力。结果种子生活力测定最佳条件:温度为40℃,TTC浓度为0.1%,染色时间为20min。结论TTC染色率为90%。 Objective To provide experimental basis for improving the standard of operation of cumin seeds test by measuring the index of seed viability. Methods The seed vigor was measured by 2, 3, 5-trichlorotetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining method. Results The optimal conditions for seed viability were as follows: temperature 40 °C, TTC concentration 0.1%, and staining time 20 min. Conclusion The TTC staining rate is 90%.
