建立了纺织品中6种荧光增白剂(FWAs)的超高效液相色谱-质谱-质谱(UPCL-MS-MS)测试法。该方法以三氯甲烷-甲醇(体积比8∶2)为溶剂,二次超声前处理,流动相为乙腈-2.5 mmol/L乙酸胺溶液(p H=5.0),采用串联质谱ESI正模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测。试验结果表明:该方法能将6种FWAs有效分离,且线性关系较好,线性相关系数均在0.998 4以上,检出限为0.01~0.15 mg/L。方法的平均回收率为89.5%~102.3%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.7%。该方法简单、可靠,适用于实际工作中纺织品中FWAs的快速检测。
A ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry (UPCL-MS-MS) method was developed for the determination of six fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) in textiles. The method was pre-sonicated with chloroform-methanol (8: 2 by volume) as the solvent and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-2.5 mmol / L acetate solution (p H = 5.0) , Multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode detection. The experimental results show that the method can effectively separate the six kinds of FWAs, and the linear relationship is good. The linear correlation coefficients are above 0.998 4 with the detection limits of 0.01-0.15 mg / L. The average recoveries of the method ranged from 89.5% to 102.3% with relative standard deviations from 1.5% to 3.7%. The method is simple and reliable, and is suitable for the rapid detection of FWAs in textile fabrics in practical work.
