我厂是建于1952年,是一个织、漂、染、印成龙配套的中型联合企业。实行资产经营责任制以前,企业面临着五大困难:负债多,背息重,底子薄,亏空大;产品滞销;纱坯原材料、染化料供应紧张,价格上涨;职工收入低,待遇差。1987年2月市经委、纺织局确定我厂试行资产经营责任制。2月19日在《长江日报》、《湖北日报》上登载消息,面向社会公开招标。3月27日进行了资产经营合同签字仪式,4月正式试行资产经营责任制。围绕着增强企业活力,提高经济效益这个目标,我厂着重抓了以下几个方面的工作:强化内部管理积极创立新厂风针对厂内劳动纪律松弛,现场管理混乱,浪费
