目的建立百精抗痨颗粒质量标准的含量测定方法。方法通过方法学考察建立百精抗痨颗粒的质量标准中含量测定方法。结果线性回归方程Y=-295932.5247+3872419.2350X,r=0.9999;供试品溶液在4h内稳定;精密度RSD=1.27%;重现性实验X=214.02mg/袋,RSD=1.73;平均回收率为95.69%,RSD=1.88。结论百精抗痨颗粒的质量标准中黄芩含量测定方法稳定、可控,适合于制剂含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Baijing Kangyu Granules. Methods To establish a method for determining the content of Baijing Kangbi granules by methodological investigation. Results The linear regression equation was Y=-295932.5247+3872419.2350X,r=0.9999; the test solution was stable within 4 h; precision RSD=1.27%; reproducibility experiment X=214.02 mg/bag, RSD=1.73; average recovery 95.69%, RSD=1.88. Conclusion The determination method for the content of jaundice in the quality standard of Baijing Kangbi granules is stable and controllable, which is suitable for the determination of the preparation content.
