农村定向小学教师职业能力中,口语表达能力的培养是重点。根据湘方言区普通话的发音特点,结合湖南省祁阳师范学校(以下简称“我校”)定向小教班学生的实际情况,在普通话教学中可通过目标激励兴趣、理论知识指导发音实践、多途径学习和训练的方法来提高学生的口语表达能力。
In rural vocational primary school teachers’ professional ability, the training of oral expression ability is the key point. According to the phonetic features of Mandarin in Xiang dialect area and the actual situation of orientated primary school students in Qiyang Normal School of Hunan Province (hereinafter referred to as “My School”), in Putonghua teaching, we can guide the pronunciation practice through the goal of stimulating interest and theoretical knowledge, Multi-channel learning and training methods to improve students’ oral communication skills.
