开展整体护理、建设模式病房，得到院领导、护理部的理解和支持。通过人力、物力的准备，征得病人及医师对护理工作的意见，采取了确定工作目标，明确各级人员职责及工作重点，制定表格和护士工作质量评价标准等一系列实施措施。经过半年多实践，模式病房护士工作不仅得到病人、家属的高度赞扬；还得到病房医师的极好评价；护士也从中体会到：整体护理是一种新型护理模式，它有助于护理专业发展，有助于病人得到实惠，有助于护士增强专业信心及进取精神。
Carry out overall nursing and construction mode wards and get the understanding and support from the hospital leadership and the nursing department. Through the preparation of manpower and material resources, the patient and the doctor’s opinions on the nursing work are obtained, and the work objectives are determined, the responsibilities and work priorities of the personnel at various levels are defined, and a series of implementation measures such as table and nurse job quality evaluation standards are formulated. After more than six months of practice, the work of the nurses in the model wards not only received high praise from the patients and their families, but also received excellent evaluations from the ward doctors. The nurses also learned from this that the overall care is a new type of nursing model that contributes to the development of the nursing profession. Helping patients get benefits, help nurses enhance professional confidence and enterprising spirit.
