葡萄叶片气孔的研究Ⅱ—气孔与葡萄生态适应性

应用扫描电子显微镜和普通光学显微镜,对2个种,19个品种的葡萄叶片气孔进行了观察。结果表明:不同葡萄品种叶片气孔在大小、形态、密度、气孔指数几个方面差异很大,抗旱性强的品种气孔小并形成下陷气孔·抗性旱弱的品种气孔较大并突出叶表面;气孔密度越大,气孔指数越大,抗旱性越强。同一品种在不同生态条件下气孔大小不同,干旱条件下,气孔较小;不同品种小气孔开度的日变化差异很大,抗旱性强的品种其日变化呈单峰曲线,无午休现象,抗旱性差的品种其日变化呈双蜂曲线,有明显的午休现象。 The stomata of grape leaves of two species and 19 varieties were observed by scanning electron microscope and ordinary light microscope. The results showed that the leaf stomatal of different grape varieties differed greatly in size, morphology, density and stomatal index. The stomatal numbers of stomatal and stomatal of the varieties with strong drought resistance were smaller and the stomatal pores were formed. The larger the stomatal density, the larger the stomatal index, the stronger the drought resistance. The same species under different ecological conditions stomatal size is different, under dry conditions, the stomatal smaller; different varieties of stomatal opening diurnal variation vary greatly, the drought-resistant varieties showed a single peak diurnal variation curves, no lunch break, drought Sex differences in the variety of its dual wasp curves, there is a clear lunch break phenomenon.
