观察了串珠镰刀菌素亚急性损伤大鼠心肌超微结构改变及硒的保护作用。结果表明,串珠镰刀菌素亚急性中毒大鼠心肌损伤明显,肌纤维局灶性变性、溶解、间质轻度水肿。超微结构改变表现为肌原纤维走向紊乱,轻度溶解;肌膜增厚及胶原原纤维增生;线粒体增生、肿大、成层性变以及空泡变。线粒体是串珠镰刀菌素作用的主要靶细胞器。补充一定量的硒能减轻串珠镰刀菌素对大鼠心肌的损伤作用。串珠镰刀菌素引起的心肌超微结构变化与克山病的基本型变化相似。
Myocardial ultrastructural changes and selenium protective effect of Fusarium moniliforme subacute injury rats were observed. The results showed that myocardial infarction of Fusarium moniliforme subacutely poisoned rats was obvious, focal degeneration and dissolution of muscle fibers, mild edema of interstitial. Ultrastructural changes manifested as myofibrillae disorder, mildly dissolved; sarcopenia and collagen fibril hyperplasia; mitochondrial hyperplasia, enlargement, stratification and vacuolar changes. Mitochondria are the main target organelles for the effect of Fusarium moniliforme. Supplementation of a certain amount of selenium can reduce the effect of fusarium moniliformin on myocardial injury in rats. Fusarium moniliforme induced myocardial ultrastructure changes and Keshan disease similar to the basic type changes.
