尿布皮炎是新生儿及小婴儿常见病,是发生在婴儿臀部的一种接触性皮炎,并可引起感染,甚至发生败血症.它严重妨碍了婴儿的睡眠、饮食、大小便等日常活动,从而影响婴儿的生长发育[1].自1999年起,我们应用皮肤洗药擦洗治疗本病72例,疗效显著,现报告如下.
