肺小细胞未分化癌(SCLC)生长快,早期转移,对化、放疗敏感,临床表现及预后均有别于非小细胞肺癌。本文整理了我院1978—1985年经证实的SCLC60例,供同道们参考。 一般资料 本组男49例,女11例,由35—70岁,41—60岁占68.3％。其中有咳嗽54例(90％);胸痛28例(46.6％);血痰22例(36.7％);声嘶9例(15％)。无症状仅体检X线发现5例,锁骨上窝淋巴结肿大17例(28.3％)。有重度吸烟史(400年支以上)42例(70％)。全组病例均经细胞学或组织病理学证实。
Pulmonary small cell undifferentiated carcinoma (SCLC) has fast growth, early metastasis, sensitivity to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, clinical manifestations and prognosis are different from non-small cell lung cancer. This article has collated 60 cases of SCLC confirmed by our hospital from 1978 to 1985 for reference by fellow practitioners. General information This group of 49 males and 11 females, from 35-70 years old, 41-60 years accounted for 68.3%. There were 54 cases (90%) of cough, 28 cases (46.6%) of chest pain, 22 cases (36.7%) of blood stasis, and 9 cases (15%) of hoarseness. Asymptomatic only physical examination of X-ray findings in 5 cases, supraclavicular lymph node enlargement in 17 cases (28.3%). There were 42 cases (70%) of severe smoking history (above 400 years). All cases were confirmed by cytology or histopathology.
