【目的】探讨云南松苗木生长对水分的响应,为云南松苗木培育提供参考依据。【方法】采用L9(33)正交试验设计,分别在温棚内外开展云南松苗木水分控制培育试验,分析不同浇水间隔天数和浇水量对云南松苗木生长的影响。【结果】在温棚内外,每天浇水1次、每次浇1/2饱和水含量与每3 d浇水1次、每次浇1/2饱和水含量的云南松苗木地径均最粗;每3 d浇水1次、每次浇1/2饱和水含量与每天浇水1次、每次浇1/4饱和水含量可促进温棚内外云南松苗高与冠高生长。浇水间隔与浇水量的交互作用能显著促进温棚内外地径、苗高和冠高的生长(P<0.05)。温棚内的云南松苗木平均地径、苗高和冠高分别为1.36 mm、3.80和1.33 cm,极显著高于温棚外苗木(P<0.01)。【结论】水分亏缺是导致云南松蹲苗的关键因素之一,利用温棚设施在全光照条件下每天少量浇水可促进云南松苗木地径、苗高和冠高生长,减少或解除云南松蹲苗现象。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the response of seedlings of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings to water stress and to provide a reference for the cultivation of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings. 【Method】 The L9 (33) orthogonal design was used to test the water control cultivation of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings inside and outside the greenhouse. The effects of different watering days and watering amount on the growth of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings were analyzed. 【Result】 The results showed that the average diameter of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings per 1-year watering was the highest with watering 1/2 times per day and watering once every 3 days, ; Watering once every 3 days, watering 1/2 saturated water and watering 1 time each time, each time 1/4 saturated water content could promote the height and crown growth of pine seedlings inside and outside the greenhouse. The interaction of watering interval and watering can significantly promote the growth of ground diameter, seedling height and crown height inside and outside the greenhouse (P <0.05). The average diameter, height and crown height of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings in the greenhouse were 1.36 mm, 3.80 and 1.33 cm, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the greenhouse (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Water deficit is one of the key factors that cause Dunnock seedlings to grow. Through the use of greenhouse facilities, a small amount of watering every day can promote the growth of ground diameter, seedling height and crown height of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings, reduce or eliminate Pinus yunnanensis Squatting phenomenon.
