水利是国民经济的基础产业，在我国国民经济和社会发展中发挥着巨大的作用．在当前水利防洪（排水）工程的有偿服务和效益方面，在某种程度上，社会还没有给予足够的重视，此文探讨和研究了防洪（排水）工程水费如何测算．
Water conservancy is a basic industry of the national economy and plays an enormous role in our national economy and social development. To a certain extent, the society has not given enough attention to the paid services and benefits of current flood control and drainage (Drainage) projects. This article explores and studies how water charges for flood control (drainage) projects are measured.
