目的分析男性不育患者精浆中果糖含量与精子活动力间关系,探讨其不育原因。方法精液常规分析用彩色精子质量检测系统WLJT-90000,果糖测定用间苯二酚法。结果;精浆果糖含量与精子活动力有明显关系性。结论果糖由精囊腺分泌,是精子能量代谢的重要来源。其含量高低与精子运动能力有密切关系。
Objective To analyze the relationship between fructose content and sperm motility in seminal plasma of male infertility patients and to explore the reason of sterility. Methods Semen routine analysis using color sperm quality testing system WLJT-90000, fructose determination with resorcinol method. Results; fructose content and sperm motility have a clear relationship. Conclusion Fructose is secreted by seminal vesicles, which is an important source of sperm energy metabolism. The level of sperm motility and its content are closely related.
