作为教师继续教育外在向度的教师在职培训目前几乎已成为了对教师进行继续教育的代名词,然其弊端也已日益显现,而本应作为其内在向度的教师自我教育却被放逐于对教师进行的继续教育之外。教师继续教育体系的完善呼唤着教师的自我教育,教师自我教育也因其独特的内在价值而具有了被融入于教师继续教育体系的可能性和可行性。具体说是应提升教师参与继续教育的自觉性,应增强教师在继续教育过程中的自主性,应加强教师接受继续教育后的总结与反思。
On-the-job teacher training as an external dimension of teacher continuing education has become synonymous with continuing education for teachers, but its drawbacks have become increasingly apparent. Teachers who should have been teachers of their own internal orientation have been banished to the right Teachers outside the continuing education. The perfection of teacher continuing education system calls for the self-education of teachers, and the self-education of teachers also has the possibility and feasibility of being integrated into the continuing education system of teachers because of its unique intrinsic value. To be more specific, teachers should enhance their awareness of participation in continuing education, enhance the autonomy of teachers in the process of continuing education, and strengthen the teachers’ summary and reflection after continuing education.
