研究了土壤水分含量对四季花龙眼春梢结果母枝成花逆转的影响。结果表明,在四季花龙眼春梢结果母枝花芽形态分化期,随着土壤水分含量的提高,花芽母枝叶片叶绿素含量显著提高,而内源激素的ZRs/GA3、ABA/GA3、ZRs/IAA及ABA/IAA值显著降低,花芽的生殖生长趋势减弱,而营养生长趋势增强,导致花芽形态分化受抑制,促使花芽(序)成花逆转的发生;反之,花芽分化期适当控制土壤水分,花芽母枝叶片叶绿素含量会显著降低,而内源激素的ZRs/GA3、ABA/GA3、ZRs/IAA及ABA/IAA值显著提高,可显著降低四季花龙眼春梢结果母枝的成花逆转率。
The effect of soil water content on the flowering of female parent shoots in the spring shoots of four-year-old willows was studied. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of flower buds increased significantly with the increase of soil water content during the flower bud differentiation of female parent in the spring shoots of four-season flowers. However, the contents of ZRs / GA3, ABA / GA3, ZRs / IAA And ABA / IAA decreased remarkably, while the trend of reproductive growth of flower buds weakened while the trend of vegetative growth increased, which led to the suppression of flower bud morphological differentiation and the reversal of flowering buds (flower buds).
