目的:探讨阴道超声辐照对人胚绒毛超微结构引起病理变化后可复性的时间和形式。方法:选取深圳市龙岗区人民医院2014年6月至2016年6月符合条件孕妇60例,随机分成4组,A组作为对照组,B、C、D组经过阴道超声辐照10 min后分别于第1,5,7天行人工流产收集绒毛电镜下观察超微结构的变化。结果:(1)第1天取材的B组、第5天取材的C组与正常对照组比较有明显的改变,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。而第7天取材的D组与正常对照组比较无明显的变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第5天取材的C组与第7天取材的D组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道超声持续辐照孕囊10 min所导致的人胚绒毛超微结构的改变,呈现随时间延长而逐步完全修复的趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the time and form of refolding after vaginal ultrasound irradiation induced pathological changes in the ultrastructure of human embryo villus. Methods: Sixty pregnant women eligible from June 2014 to June 2016 in Longgang District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups: group A as control group, group B, C and D after vaginal ultrasound for 10 min The changes of ultrastructure were observed under villus electron microscope with artificial abortion on the first, fifth and seventh days. Results: (1) Group B of the first day and group C of the fifth day were significantly different from the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the D group and the normal control group on the 7th day (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the fifth day of group C and the seventh day of group D (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The ultrastructural changes of human embryo villi caused by continuous vaginal ultrasound irradiation of gestational sac for 10 min show a gradual and complete restoration with time.
